  • All of the sessions will be recorded and sent out to everyone once the recording has uploaded. You can re-watch the recording as many times as you like for multiple practices per week if you like!

    Single MDY sessions will be made available too.

  • Absolutely! Every single practice we do is inclusive of all body types and levels of mobility. You’ll be guided step by step through everything and offered variations to find what works for you.
