By working with your meridian system through acupressure, yoga, and mindful breathing, you can physically help your body release stagnant energy to free up blockages that are the root cause of your menstrual symptoms.
During Less PMS, I’ll guide you through the exact yoga poses and acupressure points that have helped me resolve the internal stagnation that caused my symptoms.

Welcome, Earth Angel!
I used to experience long cycles (32 + days!), heavy periods, painfully tender breasts, cramps and lots of bloating! And I’m a natural kinda gal, so I avoided taking medicine or birth control pills and just suffered through it.
In my journey of healing mind, body and heart, I was guided to the Meridian Yoga Therapy training, the official fusion of yoga and TCM. With that, I was able to weave together a self-given practice that resolved ALL OF MY SYMPTOMS! 🤩🙏🤩
