All of the sessions will be recorded and sent out to everyone in the Self-Care Circle once the recording has uploaded. You can re-watch the recording as many times as you like for multiple practices per week if you like!

Absolutely! Every single practice we do is inclusive of all body types and levels of mobility. You’ll be guided step by step through everything and offered variations to find what works for you.

Yes! I want you to be able to make the session live if possible. So if you sign up for the 7:30 slot and can’t make it, you’re welcome to attend the 5:45 slot. The Zoom links will be the same.
