Each 90 minute session in this series is unique and includes all the elements needed for healing, transformation and mind-body harmony.
We’ll tap into multiple practices that have all been scientifically researched and proven to be effective in healing your nervous system — so that you can get back in the driver’s seat for your life!
Yoga nidra *a meditation practice used for reprogramming your subconscious, getting deep rest & transforming negative beliefs
Breathwork *soothes and regulates your nervous system, clears and focuses your mind
Meridian Yoga Therapy *unblock energetic stagnation that causes tension, pain and emotional dis-harmony
Journaling *release thoughts and feelings trapped in your body so that you can truly move forward
Community! *Each participant will also have the opportunity to be witnessed and share reflections within the circle 🌹

All of the sessions will be recorded and sent out to everyone in the Self-Care Circle once the recording has uploaded. You can re-watch the recording as many times as you like for multiple practices per week if you like!

Absolutely! Every single practice we do is inclusive of all body types and levels of mobility. You’ll be guided step by step through everything and offered variations to find what works for you.
